This Suite for Flute, Bb Clarinet and Bassoon actually began as counterpoint writing exercises in my college theory class. We were studying French Suites. I revised the exercises and arranged them for a Woodwind Trio that was performed on my Senior Recital by Sara Graef (Flute), Ilya Shterenberg (Clarinet) and Erika Kirsch (Bassoon).
